Preventing damp, mould and condensation

At Community Gateway, the safety and welfare of our tenants is paramount. As such, we take damp and mould very seriously and have robust policies and processes in place to tackle any occurrences head on.

We would urge any tenant who thinks they may have damp or mould in their home to contact us immediately, so we can arrange an inspection appointment.

Damp and mould can occur for a variety of reasons including condensation build-up in the home. They can occur anywhere that moisture collects.
