Smaller Development Sites
We're delighted to be working on several smaller developments across Preston, to be completed in phases during 2023/24. The properties will be our first all-electric homes, part of our ongoing commitment to building sustainable homes for life.
These energy-efficient, gas-free homes will help reduce fuel bills for tenants, and form a key part of our plant to make all our homes carbon neutral by 2050. Running entirely on electricity means lower carbon emissions and a healthier environment for everyone. All homes will feature air souce heat pumps instead of boilers, plus underground heating on the ground floor.
The sites will offer the following homes for affordable rent:
- Heathfield Drive, Brookfield PR2 6SY: six two-bedroom homes
- Marsett Place, Brookfield PR2 6ST: two three-bedroom homes
