Tenancy services
At Community Gateway we believe that everyone has the right to enjoy peace, quiet and security in and around their home. Our Tenancy Services team are responsible for enforcing the conditions and responsibilities of the Tenancy Agreement.
The team investigate and challenge acts of Anti Social Behaviour, neighbour nuisance, poor garden/property conditions and abandoned vehicles. They also deal with reports of hate crime and domestic abuse and carry out home visits for annual inspections.
CGA expects tenants and residents to display acceptable standards of behaviour at all times. We work closely with the police and other partners to help reduce crime and nuisance in local neighbourhoods.

Anti-social behaviour
If you are experiencing any anti-social behaviour in your home or local neighbourhood please report the problem to us as soon as possible.
Domestic Abuse
For anyone who feels they are at risk of domestic abuse, it is important to remember there is help and support available.
Hate crime
We take incidents of hate crime seriously and investigate all reports. We will do everything we can to help those subjected to hate crime.
Noise nuisance
We investigate noise nuisances and work closely with our partners and if necessary take action against the person/s causing the nuisance.
Pet ownership
CGA have a Responsible Pet Ownership Framework which advises tenants of the conditions that must be met in order to keep an animal at your property.
