CGA is delighted to have worked closely with residents in the Savick area to invest in regeneration to meet local needs.
Work is well underway to replace the empty shops and outdated maisonettes with a new development, which includes 25 family home for affordable rent comprising 12 two-bedroom homes, 12 three-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom home.
The community will also benefit from a brand-new library and retail unit.
Completion date is yet to be confirmed.
