Life at our schemes
One of our key aims is to create vibrant communities within our Independent Living Schemes. We are passionate about helping reduce loneliness and social isolation by offering a wide range of events and activities that bring our tenants together.
All residents at our schemes have access to a communal lounge and gardens where you can socialise with neighbours, as much or as little as you like.
You can take part in bingo, quizzes, crafts, trips out and more by speaking to your Independent Living Officer.
Support at our schemes
We will work with you to provide you with a tailored support plan so there is always support available if you need it. Our 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service offers a range of service levels to meet your personal circumstances. These include:
- Level 1 Monitoring - an alert system that notifies your emergency contacts that you need their help
- Level 2 Monitoring and response - an alert system that notifies our partner provider that you need help. They will send a keyholding responder or call the emergency services if needed.
If there are any changes to your personal circumstances, give us a call and we will change your service level accordingly.
"It gives peace of mind to my family to know there is 24-hour help should I need it."
