Community Gateway Association is not-for-profit community business, set up to meet the housing needs of people in Preston and the surrounding areas.

Following our inspection in 2025 by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), Community Gateway Association has retained the highest possible gradings of G1 for Governance, V1 for Viability and received the second highest grading of C2 for the Consumer Standards.
