Service Standards

Our service standards are a list of our promises to you about the service you can expect from us. From how we maintain our communal areas to the engagement activities we offer. These standards set out our commitment to you across a range of different areas.

The service standards were put together after consulting directly with tenants, our tenant commitee Gateway Central and our task and finish group. They have all played a key role in directing this important review.

Tenancy Agreement

Your tenancy agreement is the legal contract that describes your rights and responsibilities (as the tenant) and our rights and responsibilities (as the landlord).
