We worked with tenants for over a year to review our service standards and create a brand-new set to better reflect the services we deliver.
Our Gateway Promises set out what you can expect from our services. Alongside each set of promises you will see a number of ‘performance measures’. These set out how we will show you how we are delivering these Gateway Promises.

Your tenancy agreement is the legal contract that describes your rights and responsibilities (as the tenant) and our rights and responsibilities (as the landlord).
