At Community Gateway, we recognise that our colleagues are a key strength in delivering exceptional services to our customers and communities.

We have a diverse group of over 250 talented individuals who are integral to the success of our organisation, each with unique qualities but working together to deliver our vision and demonstrating our corporate values. Our people work in a forward thinking and open environment where they are encouraged to work hard, but also have fun.

There are a range of jobs within the organisation including front-line housing roles such as Outreach and Support, and Income Management, a wide range of Trades and Operative jobs, and our support roles including IT, Finance, Governance and HR.

Our main offices are based on Preston Docks, with lovely views over the water.
