New Opening Hours
We want to deliver our services to you as efficiently as possible. Late last year, in October and November, we held ‘The Big Conversation’ where we gathered over 1,200 views from 618 tenants. We have listened to your feedback and made the following changes to our opening hours, effective Monday 3rd April 2023.
Reception
Harbour House, Port Way, Preston, PR2 2DW
Our reception will be open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.
Phone lines
We have introduced a new telephone service where you can select which team you would like to speak to, so your queries can be resolved quicker. Give us a call on 0800 953 0213.
Our repairs team is available Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm.
All our other teams are available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
