Our plan for your community
Our community plans set out how we will work with you to improve the places you live. We are creating a plan for each of our communities, shaped by what you have told us matters most.
The community plans are based on feedback from you at our Shape Your Space events, pop-ups, day-to-day conversations, surveys as well as what we see when we are out and about in your neighbourhoods. Each plan focuses on the priorities for that community. That might mean addressing antisocial behaviour, dealing with fly-tipping, improving shared green spaces and making sure you live in well-kept neighbourhoods and are involved in making your communities better places to live.
We want you to feel proud of where you live. Through our Community Investment Strategy, we continue to work with tenants to address local issues and create cleaner, greener and safer communities. This approach reflects the Gateway Model and our commitment to listening to you about how to support, maintain and improve the communities in which you live.
We will keep reviewing the plans to make sure they still reflect what is happening where you live. That includes listening to feedback from surveys, complaints, repairs visits and everyday conversations with you.
