Major Adaptations
Most major adaptations are requested through a referral by an occupational therapist, however you can contact us directly and we will advise if an occupational therapist referral is required for your request. We will only carry out major adaptations to suitable, fully occupied properties. There is no charge for major adaptations, subject to meeting the criteria for the disabled facilities grant. Examples of major adaptations include:
- Level access shower
- Shower over the bath
- Stairlift
- Ramp/External handrails
