Following feedback at our Summer Roadshow, we willl be installing gates to the communal greenspace to reduce open access to the rear of the bungalows and help tenants feel safer.

Dog fouling action and community clean-ups

Following feedback at the Shape Your Space event, we will be running another Dog Fouling Action Day, focusing on Norbreck Drive and the surrounding Larches area. We will work with a local primary school to raise awareness and look to install a new dog foul bin.

You also told us a community tidy-up is needed around the shops and Boxing Club on Elswick Road. We will work with the local community to organise community clean-up days.

Action Day on Elswick Road

Following feedback at the Shape Your Space event, we will work with the Neighbourhood Policing Team, local groups, tenants and residents to run an Action Day focused on tackling e-bike nuisance in the area.

Installing signage at Parkfield garages

Following your feedback, we will be installing signage to prevent parking in front of CGA-owned garages and improve access for tenants who lease them.
