We work with our tenants to make sure that we understand their needs and reflect these in any changes we make.

We welcome all feedback. By listening to you, we can learn when we haven’t got things right and put changes in place to improve our services.

By speaking with tenants through door-knocking and engagement activities, we aim to give you the chance to make your voice heard.

A great way for our tenants to find out more about our services and have the opportunity to hold us to account on our performance.

Scrutiny reviews help us work with tenants to review the services we offer and get a better understanding of how they’re being delivered.

The Tenant Voice Group is our tenant-led committee, made up of Gateway tenants who have a passion for change and want to review our performance.
