The neighbourhood is quiet and clean, with respectful neighbours and good green spaces. I regularly walk my dog in the local park, which is well maintained.
Our Plan for Ingol
Our community plans show how we will work with you to improve the places you live. Each plan is shaped by what matters most to you and reflects the priorities of your neighbourhood.
These plans are based on feedback from Shape Your Space events, pop-ups, surveys, day-to-day conversations, as well as what we see when we are out and about in your area.

In the Ingol area, CGA owns approximately 972 properties including 488 flats, 121 bungalows, 357 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, 120 sheltered properties across four schemes and 6 maisonettes.

What makes Ingol a great place to live?
The Courtyards is safe and secure, with carers on site 24/7. The staff are friendly, helpful and always approachable. There’s also a wide range of activities on offer, including bingo, cinema sessions, coffee mornings and crafts.
Claire’s Kitchen café is fantastic addition to The Courtyards and really brings the community together.
I use the Intact Centre for food support and social events like bingo, as well as local shops, the library, and St Margaret’s Church. I also attend activities at the Tanterton Centre, join the knitting group at Ingol Library and enjoy walks in Haslam Park.
