The Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting is back for 2025!
Last year we had over 100 tenants and their families come along to The Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting, so we are bringing it back for 2025.
We are going to be looking back over the last 12-months at everything we have achieved with tenants and our plans for the next 12-months. There is also a wide range of fun activities, free food and drink, lots of prizes and giveaways and opportunity to meet all our teams and ask questions.
Everything you need to know about the event
You are invited to join us on Saturday 13th September 2025 from 11am-2pm. The event will take place at our offices on Preston Docks - Harbour House, Port Way, Preston, PR2 2DW.
The doors will open from 11am, where you will be welcomed with a drink and the chance to chat to other tenants. From 11:30am, all tenant Members will be directed into the AGM meeting, where our leadership team will update you on everything that has happened over the last 12-months, and ask you to vote on important decisions that impact the way we do things over the next 12-months.

No the event begins at 11am, so if you are attending then you must have arrived by then.

Children under the age of 5 are able to come into the room with parents. Any children over 5 would need to be taken to the dedicated children’s area.

No, we do not send out tickets for this event. when you arrive, you will sign in with a member of the team and collect a lanyard. Booking confirmation is not needed.
