What makes Deepdale a great place to live?

Community Planters
The planters in the communal area are great, but I want to take over looking after a planter myself in Spring.
Community Facilities

Our community is close to great shops and local community facilities.

Coffee with a Cop

We like where we live and enjoy attended the local Coffee with a Cop sessions.

Dog Foul

We like that CGA listened to us about dog foul issues and are installing bins.

Greenery

We keep ourselves to ourselves, but like the greenery work that CGA have done to improve the area - we really appreciate the effort that CGA makes to engage with tenants.

What should we focus on?

Fly-Tipping
There is a large scale fly-tipping issue which was reported by multiple tenants. fly-tipping hotspots included:
  • Communal areas
  • Gillet Street
  • Andrew Court
  • Alleyways
  • Lavender Wood
  • Acre Wood
Dog Fouling
Dog fouling issues continue and although we have dog foul bins, the area would benefit from more, particularly around the communal bin areas
Secure Bins

It would be good if bin areas could be secured, there's an issue with the general public using the bins. I would like the bins to be fully secured similar to Herbert Street.

Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Drug dealing
  • Youth nuisance
  • Littering in flower beds
