The Courtyards

The Courtyards has 60 one and two-bedroom apartments available for rent for over 60s. The scheme enhances the lives of all our residents, providing exceptional quality of life, combining maintained privacy and independence will full care and support.

The Atrium

The Atrium has 61 one and two-bedroom apartments available for rent for over 60s. The scheme has a wide range of features to help you feel perfectly at home in the heart of a community, with the reassurance of 24-hour care and support.

We are passionate about helping to reduce loneliness and social isolation by offering a range of activities to bring residents together.

Our Extra Care Schemes have a programme of on-site activities including quizzes, games evenings, coffee mornings, birthday celebrations and more. All residents are also welcome to visit other schemes to take part in any activities happening there too.

There is a bistro on the ground floor of both schemes, which is a great space for residents to socialise with each other in their own time too. Both bistros are also open to the public, so there is a great community atmosphere.
