Tenancy Fraud
We are committed to preventing, detecting and taking action against tenancy fraud. If you suspect someone is commiting tenancy fraud please report it to us.
At Community Gateway Association, we provide safe, secure and affordable homes for people who need them. Tenancy fraud is when someone occupies a home unlawfully, preventing those in genuine need of a home from accessing a place to live. Tenancy fraud contributes to the shortage of affordable homes and longer waiting lists. By stopping tenancy fraud, we can make sure homes go to those who genuinely need them and help keep our communities safe.
