Be a star and have your say!
We are always keen to improve what we do and make sure our services meet our customers’ needs. We do this by making sure we use a variety of ways to get your feedback, whether that be online, face to face at one of our events or in print.
Between January and March, you will receive our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) either by email if we have your email address, in the post or by text. (STAR). It’s a detailed survey that helps us find out your views on a range of issues relating to your home, environment, and the services we provide so we can see what we’re doing well and where we can improve our offer to you.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into weekly prize draws to win £20 in vouchers of their choice each week to thank you for taking time to share your views.
Plus… at the end of the survey period, 12 lucky winners – one in each of our community areas – will win £50 in vouchers of their choice.
Please return the survey as soon as you receive it to maximise your chances of a prize and at the latest by 8th March 2022.
Winners will be announced online and in your copy of Gateway News in Summer.
Look out for an email this week from Community Gateway Association - with the email address info@arenapartnership.co.uk and the subject line ‘Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) 2022’ - or for the survey arriving through the post. The link in the email survey will take you a secure area where you can complete it online. The postal survey will include a freepost envelope, so it won’t cost you a penny to return it.
As a trial this year, we may also send some surveys by text. The surveys will come from Arena using mobile number 07507 333848. The number will give you a link to complete the survey at your convenience on your mobile phone. Please note this mobile number is outward going only, simply sending a link to submit your form, so you will not be able
