To reduce the spread of COVID19, the Government has announced a new national lockdown from Thursday 5th November.

In line with Government guidelines we will be continuing our core services and will still be carrying out emergency and routine repairs, taking into account all the safety measures required to protect our customer and colleagues.
We ask that any tenants requesting repairs, to please follow social distancing measures when we are visiting your home. We ask that you also notify Community Gateway if you or anyone in your household:
- Are self-isolating
- Have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed

As part of our HomeCare investment programme, if you have an appointment booked, but do not feel conformable with us or our contractors carrying out a survey or works in your home at the moment, please get in touch to let us know and we will reschedule.
