We have recently launched our new Tenant Voice Group and are inviting tenants to join. The group helps make sure tenant views are listened to, taken seriously and acted upon. It is an opportunity to help influence decisions and make a difference in your community.

Over the past year, our Independent Living Team has been busy making sure all our Telecare equipment is ready for the UK’s move to fully digital phone lines.

This year, we are celebrating Community Gateway’s 20th birthday by giving back to our communities through 20 community projects. Our latest project focused on an area in Deepdale, following tenant feedback during the Shape Your Space event in the area.

As we welcome in the new year, we are proud to look back on what we have achieved in 2025 at Community Gateway.  

Following feedback from tenants, we recently completed a long-standing clean-up project in Fishwick that has made a lasting difference to the local community.
