Over the past year, our Independent Living Team has been busy making sure all our Telecare equipment is ready for the UK’s move to fully digital phone lines.

This year, we are celebrating Community Gateway’s 20th birthday by giving back to our communities through 20 community projects. Our very first project focused on an area in Deepdale, following tenant feedback during the Shape Your Space event in the area.

As we welcome in the new year, we are proud to look back on what we have achieved in 2025 at Community Gateway.  

Following feedback from tenants, we recently completed a long-standing clean-up project in Fishwick that has made a lasting difference to the local community.

Completion of Savick's regeneration project brings new affordable homes, a convenience store and a community library, enhancing the area.

Our Community Fund recently funded AQA-accredited greenspace and garden maintenance training to tenants, who used the skills to transform other tenant's gardens.
