Phillip Parramore
Chair of the Board and Tenant Board Member
As one of our longest serving Board members, Phillip has also previously chaired our Tenants’ Committee, Gateway Central, as part of his commitment to continuous improvement in our services.
In his job, he is the director of a business consultancy covering business planning and project management, with special interests in green energy solutions.
Phillip has a strong interest in championing involvement opportunities for working tenants, to help with their own wellbeing and personal growth.
Phillip is also passionate about ensuring that CGA encourages involvement from tenants in ways that fairly represent its customer base.
