Update on services

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while some of our services were put on hold due to Coronavirus. Following Government guidelines we have introduced measures for the safety of our colleagues and customers and are looking to reintroduce the following services that we were previously unable to carry out.

We know that many people may be very wary of letting someone into their home at this time, so, we have created guidelines to let you know the steps we are taking to keep you and your family safe.

These guidelines also rely on you and your family to take a number of measures for your own safety, and for the safety of our colleagues. The most important of which is to always keep a two metre distance.

Please note that the dates for reintroduction of services are indicative and may change subject to Government guidance.

 

Repairs & Maintenance

We continue, as always, to carry out all emergency repairs as they are reported.

1st June 2020 we reintroduced the following services:

  • Routine repairs – we have started to work on repairs that were postponed during the lockdown period.
  • External routine repairs - we have started to work on external repairs that were postponed during the lockdown period.
  • Electrical Inspections

15th June 2020 we reintroduced the following services:

  • Large routine repairs
  • Repairs Inspections

19th June 2020 we reintroduced the following services:

  • Reporting of repairs from customers

When reporting repairs, we ask that customers be patient as we will be unable to operate as quickly as we did before lockdown. Therefore, please be mindful and aware that appointment dates could be lengthy as we start to reintroduce services.

 

Grounds Maintenance and Estate Services

1st June 2020 we reintroduced the following services:

  • Grounds maintenance
  • Communal  area cleaning

July 2020 we are looking to reintroduce the following service:

  • Re-charge works

Play areas will remain closed until further guidance is received from the Government.

 

Programmed Investment Works

1st June 2020 we reintroduced the following service:

  • Disabled adaptions

22nd June 2020 we are looking to reintroduce the following service:

  • External and internal cyclical works (HomeCare)

6th July 2020 we are looking to reintroduce the following service:

  • Kitchen Programme

With a successful reintroduction of kitchens, the bathroom programme will follow. Due to the restrictions being imposed we have unfortunately had to reduce the number that we will complete in the 2020/21 financial year.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that our office is closed to the public and will remain closed until further guidance is received from the Government.
