Paying your Rent Over Christmas and the New Year
Many of our customers will be entitled to two non-charging weeks in December: week commencing 18th December and week commencing 25th December. If your rent account is up to date you will not need to make payments during this time. However, if you are in rent arrears or owe CGA for any other debt or service it is important that you continue to make payments as usual.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, your payments will have been calculated taking the non-charging weeks into account, and again it is important that you continue to pay your usual amount to avoid starting 2024 in debt.
