Our First EPC A-Rated Homes at Clementine Close
Earlier this month, we were delighted to take handover of Clementine Close, off Duddle Lane in Walton-le-Dale.The Close comprises six two-bed and two three-bed homes for affordable rent.
This development is a key step for CGA towards building and offering a wider choice of homes, locations and types of tenancies for customers, as well as working towards our goal of net-zero carbon by 2050.
The two-bed houses are our first to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A and are part of CGA’s ongoing commitment to building sustainable homes for life. All homes benefit from off-street parking, private gardens, heat-source pumps, electric vehicle chargers and solar panels.
