New Sandpit for a Local School
Our development in Savick is well underway, working with local company, GK Construction, to provide 25 family homes for affordable rent.
When GK offered to give something back to the community in the form of a new sandpit for Ashton Primary School, we were happy to join them on site to see the finished product!
The large sandpit will be a real asset for the school. Business Manager, Vicky Robinson, commented: “It will help the children come up with more imaginative ways to play. They will need to risk assess the sandpit for themselves and come up with rules for playing in it which will help them with decision-making skills.”
In addition to the homes, the development also includes a brand-new library and retail unit, to benefit the local community.
