We are fortunate to work in a city that has always welcomed and celebrated different cultures but recognise that inequality still exists for many in our communities. CGA has a zero tolerance approach to all forms of racism and we will continue to challenge ourselves and others to ensure fairness, dignity and respect for all; this is at the heart of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and our Corporate Plan. We stand together with our black colleagues, customers and communities and pledge to do whatever we can to stamp out racism.
