The Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting is back for 2026!
Last year, over 100 tenants and their families joined us for The Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting and the event was fully booked within 30 minutes of registration opening.
Join us this year as we look back on everything we have achieved together over the last 12 months and share our plans for the year ahead. There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet our teams, ask questions and find out more about the services and support available to you.
Everything you need to know about the event
You are invited to join us on Saturday 12th September 2026 from 11am - 2pm. The event will take place at our offices on Preston Docks - Harbour House, Port Way, Preston, PR2 2DW.
The doors will open from 11am, where you will be welcomed with a drink and the chance to chat to other tenants. From 11:30am, tenant Members will be directed into the AGM meeting, where our Leadership Team will update you on everything that has happened over the last 12 months and ask you to vote on important decisions that impact the way we do things over the next year.

No the event begins at 11am, so if you are attending you will need to arrive by then.

Children under the age of 5 are able to come into the room with parents. Any children over 5 will need to be taken to the dedicated children’s area.

No, we do not send out tickets for this event. when you arrive, you will sign in with a member of the team and collect a lanyard. Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address but you do not need to bring this with you on the day.
