The Orchards - Lightfoot Lane

We are delighted to confirm that work has started at The Orchards on Lightfoot Lane.

The development will provide 48 homes, 24 for shared ownership and 24 for affordable rent and will feature a mixture of one, two, three and four bedroom homes. The development is expected to be completed by March 2027.
