Coming in 2028, our new affordable rent apartments, The Poppies and Barracks View.

This exciting new development consists of two blocks. Barracks View has 34 one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent, with parking available. The Poppies has 51 one and two-bed apartments for affordable rent, exclusively for over 60s.

These apartments will provided much needed, high-quality homes to families in Preston.
