We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy peace, quiet and security in and around their home

Our Tenancy Services team are responsible for enforcing the conditions and responsibilities of the Tenancy Agreement.

The team investigate and challenge acts of anti-social behaviour, neighbour nuisance, poor garden/property conditions and abandoned vehicles. They also deal with reports of hate crime and domestic abuse and carry out home visits for annual inspections.

CGA expects tenants and residents to display acceptable standards of behaviour at all times. We work closely with the police and other partners to help reduce crime and nuisance in local neighbourhoods.

Anti-social Behaviour

If you are experiencing any anti-social behaviours in your home or local neighbourhood please report the problem to us as soon as possible.
