These plans are based on feedback from Shape Your Space events, pop-ups, surveys, day-to-day conversations, as well as what we see when we are out and about in your area.
A bit about St Matthew’s
St Matthew’s is a vibrant and multicultural area of Preston, ideally located between New Hall Lane and Ribbleton Avenue. It has a strong community feel and easy access to a range of local amenities. We manage approximately 352 homes in St Matthew’s.

Upcoming projects to improve your community
Dog Fouling
Following feedback from the Shape Your Space event, we will be working with local schools to encourage pupils to design dog fouling awareness posters and help create dog waste bag dispensers around the Delaware Street area.
Community Action Day
Following feedback from the Shape Your Space event, we will be holding a Community Action Day, focusing on litter picking and raising awareness about the importance of keeping your community clean.
Cleaning communal fences on Shakespeare Road
Following feedback from tenants, we will work with our teams to clean communal fences affected by moss and grime, helping to improve the overall appearance of the area.
