The Big Get Together & Annual General Meeting 2026
It was great to welcome our tenants, Board Members, colleagues and partners to our head office at Harbour House for our Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event was a fantastic chance for tenants to connect with us, reflect on the past year and help shape the future of Community Gateway.
The day began with an opening address from CGA Board Chair, Phil Parramore, followed by an update on the past year from our Chief Executive, Rob Wakefield. Tenants then watched our 2025/26 Community Empowerment Strategy video, highlighting the impact of our community activities and the difference they make to tenants and communities. Tenants also took part in voting on key corporate decisions, reinforcing our commitment to being a tenant-led organisation.
This was followed by a question-and-answer session, giving tenants the opportunity to put their questions directly to members of our Leadership Team and hear more about the work and priorities of Community Gateway.
Throughout the day, tenants interacted with colleagues from across the organisation, providing feedback and sharing their views on how we can improve our services.
