As we approach the festive period, we want to ensure you are informed about our opening hours and the services available during this time.
Our opening hours over Christmas and the New Year are as follows:
- Wednesday, 24th December: Our reception and phone lines will close at 2pm
- Thursday 25th December to Thursday 1st January: Phone lines and reception closed
- Friday 2nd January: Reopen as normal (Repairs Team open from 8am, all other teams from 9am, reception open from 10am).
Our 24 hours emergency repairs line remains open throughout this period. For emergency repairs, please call us on 0800 953 0213. Emergency repairs consist of:
- Uncontainable leak
- Total loss of power
- Total loss of heating and hot water – on any date between 1 October and 1 March the following year
- Total loss of heating and hot water if you have a vulnerable person in your home, a young baby under 12 months old, or someone who is elderly or disabled – on any day of the year
- Serious security breach (such as an insecure front door)
- Major structural damage
