We are proud to support National Customer Service Week 2025, taking place from 6th - 10th October.
At Community Gateway, providing excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We listen to the feedback we receive from you and use it to help shape and improve our services.
This year, National Customer Service Week follows our organisational-wide training on our Vulnerability and Reasonable Adjustment Policy. This training focused on ensuring our services are easily accessible to all our tenants, including those with vulnerabilities, additional needs or disabilities.
