It was great to welcome over 100 tenants, family members, Board members, and partners to our head office at Harbour House for our Big Get Together and Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The event was a fantastic chance for tenants to connect with us, reflect on the past year and help shape the future of Community Gateway.
The day began with an opening address from CGA Board Chair Phil Parramore, tenants then watched our 2024/2025 Annual Report video, highlighting our achievements and performance over the past year. They also took part in voting on key corporate decisions, reinforcing our commitment to being a tenant-led organisation. This was followed by a question-and-answer session, where tenants had the opportunity to ask our Leadership Team questions.
Throughout the day, tenants interacted with colleagues from across the organisation, providing feedback and sharing their views on how we can improve our services.
