Our community plans show how we will work with you to improve the places you live. Each plan is shaped by what matters most to you and reflects the priorities of your neighbourhood.
These plans are based on feedback from Shape Your Space events, pop-ups, surveys, day-to-day conversations, as well as what we see when we are out and about in your area.

What makes South Ribble a great place to live?
Friendly Community
There is a good sense of community in the area, neighbours are nice and children are able to play outside in the summer.
Quiet and tidy
Community Groups
There is lots going on in the area, such as community centre, boxing club and performing arts group. In July there is a carnival and a parade.
Location
There are plenty of amenities near by, with the selection of shops and local transport links.

Dog Foul
Dog foul is present where owners refuse to pick up after their pets.
Safety in communal areas
Communal bin stores are dark in the evenings making tenants feel unsafe.
Keeping the area clean
The area is praised for its tidiness and respect amongst tenants. Tenants would like to make sure the area stays this way.
