We actively encourage all tenants to get involved with us and have your say on how we do things here. There are lots of ways to have your voice heard and many opportunities for tenants to influence our services.

Our tenant involvement opportunities provide you with an easy way to influence the way we do things, both in your home and community. They also provide you with free access to lots of different activities and events. By getting involved you can also improve your skills, meet new people, and really make your voice heard.

Join a tenant group
We have a few groups who meet in-person to review our performance and make recommendations about how performance might be improved. We know how important it is for tenants to see change when something isn’t right, so we make sure that any feedback we get is listened to and acted upon where possible.
Tenant Talk
A tenant group who review the ways we communicate with you, whether that's online, through Gateway News or printed material.
Gateway Central
Gateway Central is our lead committee which is made up of Gateway tenants who have a passion for change and want to review our performance.
Scrutiny Group
Scrutiny reviews help us work with tenants to review the services we offer and get a better understanding of how they're being delivered.
In your community
There are also plenty of ways to get involved within your communities to help make positive changes in your neighbourhood.
Clean and Green
Become the eyes and ears of your neighbourhood, helping make sure communal areas and being maintained to the right standard.
Gateway2You
We're bringing our services to you with our Gateway2You sessions. Come along and speak to the team about the things that matter to you.
Online
You don't have to come along to events to get involved, there are plenty of digital opportunities too.
Facebook Group
Join the conversation in our Tenant's Only Facebook Group and speak to other Community Gateway tenants in your area.
Tenant Hub
Register on our Tenant Hub today for access to online support and to be the first to know of new involvement opportunities and events.
