Our offices at Harbour House, Port Way, Preston, PR2 2DW are open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm for our repairs team, and all our other teams are available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
Repairs that require emergency assistance outside of these hours (8am - 5pm) will be answered by our out of hours team.
