The Atrium

Due for completion in Spring 2024, The Atrium is our second extra-care scheme, following The Courtyards in Ingol, and will feature 61 beautiful self-contained and accessible apartments for affordable rent: 29 one-bedroom flats and 32 two-bedroom flats, each with either its own garden space or a balcony. 

The Atrium will feature everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable way of life:

• On-site bistro where you can entertain your visitors or enjoy a cuppa with other residents
• Hair and beauty salon to save you travelling elsewhere
• Wellness and activity rooms so you can join in as many activities and events as you like
• Communal lounge if you'd like some company
• Landscaped gardens for exercise and enjoyment which will also be open to the public.

The Atrium is situated in a pleasant, peaceful area, surrounded by trees but also handy for transport links into Preston city centre.
