Community Gateway Association is not-for-profit community business, set up to meet the housing needs of people in Preston and the surrounding areas.
After completing an in depth assessment (IDA), the Regulator of Social Housing again awarded Community Gateway Association a rating of G1/V1 on 14th December 2023. This rating is the highest grading achievable and confirms that Community Gateway benefits from robust governance and is financially viable.
