Important Information - Repairs Line
We recognise that over the past few months our services have, at times, fallen below the standards that we, and you expect. We are committed to improving the services we provide to you, so we will be investing in further training for our repairs call handlers over the coming weeks.
From 2nd May 2024 to 18th July 2024 our repairs phone line will close each Thursday at 1pm to allow this training to take place. Phone lines will re-open at 8am each Friday.
We know this may be inconvenient, but by taking the time to upskill our team now, we can make sure that moving forward we can deliver the great service that you deserve.

Emergency repairs can still be reported by telephone.
