We do what we say
"My job is to do general maintenance in properties, checking that all electrical equipment are safe and that everything works. I love the fact that there's a real sense of team spirit with my colleagues and also the fact that people in the community recognise us and say hello.
The best thing about my job is that I get to be out and about in the community, doing what Gateway PropertyCare says we do which is 'maintaining homes and building communities'."

“Part of my role is to do block inspections, remove fly tipping and carry out minor repairs. We help make sure the environment our residents are living in are well kept.
As well as caring about the areas we’re also passionate about the people too. This job allows me to be on the front line, interacting with residents and really focussing on how we can improve the communities.”

We value and support all our people
“My job is to help support the People Services (HR) team with recruitment, occupational health queries, health and wellbeing and colleague engagement. I assist with the administration of absence, training and contracts.
Being part of the People Services team means I get to interact with colleagues from across the business, supporting them with any queries. One of the best things about my role is the opportunity I have to be innovative and implement new ideas, that will benefit our colleagues ."
