SupportLine is a 24 Hour monitoring and response service run by Community Gateway to benefit anyone who feels vulnerable but wishes to remain living in their own home.

SupportLine has a range of service levels that are designed to meet your personal circumstances. The level of service can be changed quickly by giving us a call should your personal circumstances change:
- Level 1 Monitoring - from as little as 38p a day
- Level 2 Monitoring and Response - from as little as 54p a day
- Level 3 Monitoring, Response and Monthly Wellbeing Visit - from as little as 70p a day
We are accredited with the Telecare Services Association to ensure the best quality service to all our customers.
You do not need to be a Community Gateway Tenant; SupportLine is open to all residents living in the Preston and surrounding areas.
