  • This package will include a lifeline and named support officer offering practical advice, support and signposting services.

Lifting Service

  • 24/7 Emergency response to lift people who have had a fall but are not injured.
  • Experienced well trained, uniformed staff.

Reablement Service

  • Hospital to home support.

24/7 Lone Worker Programme

  • Bold Gemini Lone Worker monitoring platform Identicom (Solo Project) unit fitted with GPS, sim card and small microphone.
  •  Quality Assured - a TSA accredited service with high levels of customer satisfaction.
