Backed by around 30 years of experience in social housing, Michelle’s prestigious career includes her current post as Executive Director of Operations at Together Housing Group, which manages over 36,000 homes across the North of England.

Michelle – who has a particular expertise in Finance - has previously chaired the National Housing Federation’s North West Finance Forum and was a member of their national Finance Policy Advisory Group.  She was also a member of the Bank of England’s Decision Maker Panel, and has served on Housing Association Boards, as well as being an independent Board member for Moneyline.

Michelle’s skills and knowledge have been invaluable to CGA since she joined our board in 2018.  She has been the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and is currently Chair of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
