If any water touches your electrics or is likely to, this is an emergency and you should call us immediately.

Our phone lines can get busy during extreme weather, but please be patient – you will get through to someone.

Report a repair

To help keep our phone lines free, you can report non-emergency repairs online. Click here to report a repair online.

We would also ask that should you wish to use our freephone to call us to report non-urgent repairs, you call us after the storm has subsided when our phone lines will be quieter.
