Earlier this year over 1,300 of you completed our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR), telling us what you think about your home and our services.
Thank you once again to all of you who took the time to do this. It is important for us to get this feedback from you, as it lets us know what we are getting right and what we need to improve on.
We received lots of great feedback and positive comments. Here are just a few of the survey results…
89% of you said that you were ‘very’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ with the overall service that you get from us as your landlord
87% were satisfied with the repairs and maintenance service
85% of you were satisfied with the quality of your home
90% of people told us they found CGA easy to deal with
The STAR survey results also showed that tenant satisfaction is not as high in some areas as it has been in the past.
