Following government guidelines we have introduced measures for the safety of our colleagues and customers and have started to reintroduce those GreenCare services that we were previously unable to carry out.
We have introduced more colleagues back in on grounds maintenance this week, following the implementation of the required measures needed to do so. The grass cutting is taking longer than usual and we expect each communal garden to have had at least one visit within the next four weeks.
We have started the garden scheme from this week and letters have been sent out to customers with more information.
All block cleaning is now fully operational and we expect to finish these monthly cleans within the next two weeks.
While core services are reintroduced, unfortunately this will remain unavailable. We will advise as soon as possible when this service will resume.
Our senior management are assessing this information and will look to provide an update shortly.
Please be assured that the teams are following strict social distancing advice and we ask that you support this and avoid approaching them while they continue to work outside homes and in communal areas.
